‘We bought our traditional Turkish villa in Akbuk in 2005 with the intention to have it for our use only. We had several rentals over the next 10 years to people we trusted. Regrettably there were problems and issues. We previously used an agent in Didim to manage the rentals but they were never in communication with us. Our last tenant was a British guy that we knew, he rented on his own and was good in communicating with us and keeping the villa maintained, bills up to date. The rent was low as we were told this was normal. Communication became less frequent and rent was paid late. We were left with large unpaid electric bills which went to Aydem solicitor. We were told about Let’s Group in Akbuk and contacted them straightaway. Let’s Group not only advised us around reclaiming our villa & managed the whole process. Throughout the whole process, their communication was excellent via emails & calls. They were always available to speak to. It is safe to say that without them we would have been in a pickle & I only wished we had found them earlier. From our experience we would have no hesitation in recommending Let’s Group for both their exemplary service and peace of mind!.
